Just Desserts Eat & Ski

Location: Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski & Snowshoe Area

Enchanted Forest puts homemade desserts from fine restaurants in Red River out on a five-kilometer course for skiers and snowshoers to enjoy.  There is no competition involved, although participants are advised not to start too late.  Popular concoctions include: Chocolate Buttercream Torte, Frangipane (Pear Tart), Triple Chocolate Kahlua Espresso Cake, White Chocolate Cranberry Bars, Wild Blueberry Pie, Caramel Cream Avalanche, Rum Cake, Fudge, Cinnamon Rolls, and much more!
