Winter Carnival

Snowmobile races, a wine & beer festival, snowman building, family events, live music, events in the park, shopping strolls, parades, fireworks, and more! Come celebrate all things winter at the winter carnival! This event was extremely popular in the 90's, so Red River is going retro and bringin it back.
