The Town of Red River received a recorded message that Kit Carson Electric Co-op will have a planned power outage on Tuesday, September 13th from 3:30 am - 5:00 am. The message stated that effected areas would include the Red River Ski Area, Upper Red River, Cottonwood, and Tall Pines. We can only assume the homes in Red River will be affected too.
