Community Helping to Engage and Encourage Red River

 

Red River has dozens of volunteer opportunities each season. Whether you're looking to help out at the Community House, the charter school, the Historical Society, or any other of the many activities that take place in Red River, we can help you match your interests with a group or individual that needs assistance. Red River is currently forming a volunteer group that will be available when community needs arise. If you are interested in joining this group please plan to attend the next meeting on Thursday, April 14th at 6pm at the Red River Conference Center.

Spring Break CHILL at the Community House

March 19, 2011

Three adult volunteers are needed to chaperone young adults ages 13-20 for this free event at the Community House. Movie, games, and music provided for Red River locals and visitors. 7:30 pm - 11:15 pm.

Memorial Weekend Logistics Support

May 25-30, 2011

Volunteers are needed to help prepare & serve food for public safety workers during the Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally (Friday night - Sunday night). Command post located at the Red River Ski Area.
